FishHawk and Lithia are a straight run east from our base in Brandon, and they are two of the areas we cover first.
You are the contractor of record and you own the client. We come in as your finish crew.
What we sub
- Finish and trim carpentry. Base, casing, crown, doors, hardware, built ins, stair parts.
- Kitchen and bath build out. Cabinet set, tops, fixtures set, the finish work that turns a rough in into a finished room.
- Tile. Floors, walls, showers, backsplash.
- Punch and closeout. The list nobody wants at the end of a job, worked until it is actually closed rather than until it is mostly closed.
Why a builder calls us back
Trim heavy houses need one crew, start to finish. Handing a house to a second crew halfway through is where the finish stops matching itself, and we do not work that way.
We keep the schedule. If we say Tuesday, we are there Tuesday.
